The number of choices and features can be overwhelming to someone new to curriculum shopping. We’re here to help! We can discuss what features you’re looking for in a math program, how your student has been doing in math generally and recently, how much time you can spend preparing to teach, how much time you can spend teaching the lesson on a daily basis, your budget, and more. Based on this information, the options can be narrowed down to just a few programs.

It is worth spending the time to carefully look at and consider your options in order to choose the best one for you and your student. As you examine the program options, some of the things to compare are their table of contents, layout and spacing, explanation of concepts, and any integrated hand-on activities using math manipulatives.

After comparing the programs, looking through as many pages as you like, you should now be able to make your selection with greater confidence that the selected product is the right one for you.

As always, these personalized consultations are absolutely free of charge, and there is no surcharge on the books purchased. During our busy season, July and August, we can’t spend quite as much time with each customer as we’d normally prefer, but we can still cover the basics. During the rest of the year, we have a lot more time available! Whether you need help with just one grade-level subject for one student or with all subjects for multiple students, we’d love to provide these services.
